---The Wolves scored first and kept rolling to sail to an eventual 6-1 victory over the Rockford IceHogs at the Allstate Arena Saturday night.
---Right wings Joe Motzko (2G, A) and Jeff Hamilton (3A) led the offense with three points each, while left wing Brett Sterling (G, A) and center Matt Anderson (2A) also added multiple points.
---Goaltender Robert Gherson posted 27 saves on 28 shots which includes holding the IceHogs scoreless for the first 56:14.

Fri., Dec. 5 (at) Peoria 3, Chicago 2
---Chicago pulled within one midway through the third period but couldn't catch the Peoria Rivermen on the way to a 3-2 loss at Carver Arena Friday night.
---Right wing Joe Motzko and left wing Brett Sterling potted power-play goals.
---Goaltender Dan Turple kicked out 20 of 23 Peoria shots.

---Chicago and Peoria went goal-for-goal for three periods until Nicholas Drazenovic scored on a penalty shot with 4:50 left to play to give the Rivermen a 7-6 win at the Allstate Arena.
---Defenseman Chad Denny led the Wolves with three assists, while Spencer Machacek (G, A) and Grant Stevenson (2G) also tallied multiple points
