BREAK TIME!

Chicago posted a 4-3 come-from-behind shootout win over Milwaukee on Sunday to enter the All-Star break on a high note; the Wolves sit in second place in the Midwest Division with 59 points and a 27-16-3-2 record through 48 games, five points back of Grand Rapids with one game in hand.

WOLVES HEADLINES

--- Jake Allen: Will represent the Wolves as one of two goalies selected to participate as a member of the AHL team at the All-Star Game on Feb. 12 against Färjestad BK of the Swedish Hockey League ... Became the first Wolves goaltender since Kari Lehtonen in 2004-05 to be selected to the AHL All-Star Game ... Ranks second in the AHL with 20 wins, fifth with a 2.14 goals-against average, and seventh with a .923 save percentage in 33 games this season (20-11-2) ... His 20 wins in 33 games made him the third-fastest in Wolves AHL history to reach the 20-win plateau behind Ondrej Pavelec in 2007-08 (28 games) and Kari Lehtonen in 2004-05 (32 tilts)

--- Ty Rattie: Enters the All-Star break holding first on Chicago and tied for second among AHL rookies with 18 markers ... He also ranks first on the Wolves and is tied for 14th among league first year pros with 30 points in 47 tilts this year ... Amassed 7 goals and 12 points in 14 tilts since the calendar turned to 2014 ... Aiming to become the first rookie to lead the Wolves in goal-scoring since Brett Sterling achieved the feat in 2006-07 and to become the only first-year pro in franchise history to lead the club in scoring

--- Dmitrij Jaskin: Ranks second on Chicago with 13 goals and holds third with 25 points in 33 games this season ... Paces the team with a .76 points per game average this year ... Also shares second on the squad with a +10 plus/minus rating ... Appeared in seven National Hockey League games with St. Louis this season and has tallied 2 points (G, A), which includes his first career NHL goal on Dec. 28 against the Chicago Blackhawks ... Missed eight games due to injury from Oct. 13 to Nov. 6

--- Cade Fairchild: Paces team defensemen with 17 assists and 19 points in 29 games this season ... Has accumulated at least 1 point in 10 straight home games (G, 12A), which matches the longest such stretch in the AHL this season ... Missed the first 11 games of the season after recovering from a knee injury suffered in March, 2013

WOLF TRACKS

--- Chicago has won 15 of its last 22 tilts (15-4-3-0) and has dropped four regulation contests since Dec. 15 -- and the team was held to one goal in all four tilts; the Wolves have registered a 17-7-3-0 mark and .685 winning percentage since the start of December.

--- Center Keith Aucoin on Sunday became just the seventh player in Wolves history to convert a penalty shot and the first player since Jeff Hamilton achieved the feat on Jan. 17, 2009; Chicago has converted eight of 40 penalty shots in its 20-year history and five of 31 since joining the AHL in 2001.

--- Chicago has been perfect on the penalty kill in 22 of its 48 contests this season, which includes 11 times at home and 11 times on the road; the Wolves share seventh in the AHL with a 84.5 efficiency rating on the penalty kill this season (186 of 220).

--- The Wolves are one of just six teams in the Western Conference to enter the All-Star break with a plus goal differential (138-124).
